Partners Matt Goforth and Bryan Hale finished at the top of their law school class at Cumberland School of Law in 2005 and accepted jobs at prestigious Birmingham, Alabama firms. Matt’s practice primarily focused on transactional and regulatory work for Fortune 1000 firms and other businesses, while Bryan represented national financial service providers, lenders, insurers, and professionals in litigation. After nine years of practicing with firms, Bryan and Matt joined forces to offer the same expertise and service expected from big firms, but with a specialized focus on their core clients.
